A deposit of two days rental is required to confirm reservations. Deposit refundable if notified two weeks in advance of arrival date. Cancellation fee of $30.00 applies to timely cancellations. Balance due upon arrival. Telephone reservations are held for one week, unless a deposit is received.

Rates apply on advance confirmed reservations only. Rates subject to change unless secured by a deposit prior to rate change. Rates on specials, holidays, weekends, conventions, and non-families may vary.

During special periods, minimum stays and minimum occupancy requirements apply. All quoted rates apply to families only. NJ Sales and Tourism Tax applies to all rates. No location guaranteed on specials. Some room layouts may vary. One parking space per unit. All confirmed reservations will be held until 6:00 pm only, unless otherwise notified. Use of motel facilities and services is for registered guests only.

This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. All reservations are subject to confirmation and are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate, or cause or conditions beyond our control. Misrepresentation voids confirmation.
